Introduction to the design features of NSE large plate chain bucket elevator

The tail casing steel plate is 8mm, reinforced by section steel, with high strength. The bearing seat guide rail is quenched and tempered, with good wear resistance and long service life. The bearing seat is made of cast steel, with good strength. The height of the inlet is reasonably designed and calculated to reduce the impact of materials on the hopper and feed more fully.

The tail wheel adopts a design with few teeth, which can not only reduce the tail beating, but also prevent the tail wheel from falling off the chain. The counterweight method adopts the form of lever gravity tension + counterweight wheel, which runs smoothly.

The intermediate casing is reinforced by folding ribs, and the flange is in the form of angle steel, which has high strength and small deformation. There is no need to make major adjustments after installation.

The hopper adopts the latest design to expand the hopper capacity as much as possible and reduce the filling rate under the premise of ensuring sufficient discharge. And all the corner designs are for better material flow in the hopper, easier to discharge, less material return, and the bucket is welded with a serrated wear-resistant plate.

The head wheel adopts a split structure, which is convenient to replace. The teeth are made of forging material, and the teeth are quenched, which has good wear resistance and long service life. The head shaft is made of forging material, which is quenched and tempered, and has high toughness and strength.

The chain is made of high-quality alloy steel, high-precision processing equipment and heat treatment equipment, with stable performance and less maintenance.

The drive adopts the form of imported brand gear reducer + coupler + high-efficiency motor. The gear reducer comes with auxiliary transmission, which increases the auxiliary transmission speed ratio, thereby increasing the auxiliary transmission torque and meeting the requirements of full load start-up. The drive base is milled on the gantry milling machine to ensure good flatness and low vibration of the drive operation.

Safety regulations for elevator folding

1. The elevator is maintained and managed by designated personnel, and the key to the power switch box is managed by designated personnel.

2. The hoist must have a hoist limiter and a travel limiter, and the limiter should enable the pulley to automatically stop before lifting to a distance of 300mm from the drum or pulley.

3. The hoist should have a maximum load mark, and the weight should not exceed the load limit (1T) during lifting and landing.

4. After power transmission, check the safety devices such as the hoist limiter, travel limiter, interlock switch, etc. for sensitive and reliable operation, and conduct a trial lifting.

5. Before lifting or landing, the car can only be driven after sounding the alarm bell.

6. Elevators are strictly prohibited from carrying people up and down.

7. After the work is completed, the lifting platform of the hoist should land, then cut off the power and close the upper and lower guardrail doors.

8. Regularly maintain the hygiene of the surrounding environment of the elevator.

Maintenance matters for the hoist

1.Bucket elevators should be started under no-load conditions. Therefore, all the materials in the buckets should be discharged before each shutdown, and then the elevator can be stopped.

2.Reverse rotation is not allowed. Reverse rotation may lead to the derailment of the chain, and it is very troublesome to troubleshoot and fix the derailment problem.

3. Feed materials evenly. Sudden increase in the feeding amount is prohibited. The feeding amount should not exceed the conveying capacity of the elevator. Otherwise, it is likely to cause serious accumulation of materials at the bottom and even result in a "stalled" accident in severe cases.

4. Lubricating oil should be replenished in a timely and appropriate amount.

5. When the chains and buckets are severely worn or damaged, they should be replaced in a timely manner.
